Nikkei cuisine involves Peruvian dishes made with a Japanese twist and this culinary pairing creates an explosion of flavours!
Zest Restaurant in St Julian’s reopened its doors after a refurb and have introduced Nikkei cuisine to their menu… I nearly had a heart attack right there and then when I found out.
They’ve taken classic Peruvian dishes and made it in their style. You can expect sharing plates such as sea bass ceviche tacos (with homemade guacamole, ancho chili, red onion and coriander), Nikkei salmon or tuna tiraditos (which is basically marinated Peruvian sashimi), sea bass ceviche (with quinoa, fresh lime and charred white corn) and fresh guacamole prepared at your table!
