Capo Crudo have jumped on the (ever increasingly popular) plant-based bandwagon by adding a vegan section to their elegant menu.
This fine dining eatery in Valletta are offering vegans (and non vegans alike)... miso glazed stuffed aubergine (with sesame seeds), a daily special soup, portobello mushroom (with marinara sauce, spinach and vegan cheese) and crispy tofu with peanut butter and spicy salsa.
There are plenty of great vegan eateries out there, not that many offer it in a refined setting with stunning sea views.Kudos to you, Capo Crudo
