BAHIA PRESENTS UPSIDE DOWN: A SIX-COURSE TASTING MENU WHERE YOU START WITH DESSERT AND END WITH AN AMUSE BOUCHE

 
 

Following the sell-out success of the previous event, Bahia in Lija are once again inviting guests to enjoy a gourmet six-course menu... in reverse.

Upside Down, which is being held on January 23rd and 24th, will consist of diners starting with dessert and ending with an amuse bouche. The menu includes:

- Dessert: Tonka bean crumpet, caramelised white chocolate & butternut squash baked cheesecake

- Meat Course: Braised local cheeks with 'muesli' (roasted sunflower, oats, puffed wild rice & quinoa and more)

- Fish Course: Locally caught wild fish with leek & head meat boudin

- Palate Cleanser: Nasturtium granita, raspberry balsamic pearls, flowers, prosecco

- Starter: Pearl barley and braised local snails with puffed barley, zucchini & spinach purée, parmigiano reggiano

- Amuse Bouche: Wild mushroom consomme with porcini French toast

The dinner is priced at €55 per person and you can add wine pairing for an extra €25.
