The craze for the plant-based Beyond Burger is still very much alive in Malta from vegans and non vegans alike.
Like its patty counterpart, the plant-based Beyond Sausage looks, tastes and grills like meat (in this case pork). Choco’s hot dog contains coloured peppers and caramelised onions.
They’ve had vegan hot dogs on their menu before but the one with the actual Beyond Sausage only launched last week (and correct me if i'm wrong, but it may be the first and only place that serves it on the island).
