FRIED, GRILLED, BURGERS AND WRAPS: MEET THE GOURMET CHICKEN EATERY OPENING IN SLIEMA
Chicken, chicken and more chicken. That's what you can expect from Chicken Shack, which opens its doors in August.
Located in Sliema (next door to Accessorize), Chicken Shack is the brainchild of the team who brought us The Black Sheep at The Strand.
The predominately take-out joint will have a menu that focuses entirely on chicken. You can expect grilled chicken (whole, half, wings, quarters) marinated in different sauces such as teriyaki, spicy hot, barbecue, garlic or lemon herb. You'll also find a variety of crispy fried chicken with homemade batter or hot spice.
There'll be several offerings of chicken burgers (such as cajun, barbecue and spicy), chicken salads (like the chicken Vietnamese) and a plethora of chicken wraps.
