ENJOY A SEVEN-COURSE CHOCOLATE-INFUSED TASTING MENU IN VALLETTA
The Thirsty Lawyer in Valletta are known for pushing boundaries when it comes to creating uniquely creative dishes. Forget thirsty, what they have planned for you at their first infusion event will make you exceptionally hungry.
On June 28th, prepare to be dazzled with an exclusive seven-course chocolate tasting menu. Each course will have a subtle hint of chocolate to tantalise your tastebuds.
The menu includes:
- Ferrero foie gras terrine bombón in dark chocolate with hazelnuts
- Smoked eel with white chocolate and chili
- Pasta linguine with white chocolate and fresh dill velouté
- Sushi style tuna with sesame seeds wrapped in crispy kataifi pastry, drizzled with soya and chocolate glaze and dusted with cocoa
- Beef fillet mignon with cauliflower shavings, pickled shallots, safflower and chocolate jus
- Pork croquette with roasted pine nuts and chocolate foam
- A surprise dessert
Each dish will not only be explained by the chef, but will also be paired with a wine and you’ll be able to dance the night away with some post dinner live music.
The event is priced at €75 per head and includes seven courses, wine pairings and entertainment.
