GOURMET SWEET AND SAVOURY PANCAKES AWAIT YOU AT THIS NEW EATERY IN ZEBBUG

I flipping love a new opening, and this new joint, dedicated to fully-loaded gourmet pancakes, is one on my radar.

Opening sometime next week, The Pancake Parlour in Zebbug will offer a creative menu of sweet and savoury pancakes that are pretty to look at... and made with love.

The savoury options include the Margherita (with homemade marinara, melted cheese, oregano and fresh basil), the Caprese (with mozzarella di bufala, tomatoes, basil oil, balsamic glaze and fresh basil), the American (with crispy bacon and maple syrup), and one with pepperoni, amongst others.

Sweet tooths can indulge in stacks of pancakes such as the Monochrome (Oreo infused cakes with two Oreo biscuits, white choc and Hershey crunchers), red velvet pancakes, the Better Than Bounty (homemade coconut cream pancakes with three coconut balls, choc syrup, Nutella)... and more.

Mini pancakes such as Pride (a Pride month special featuring a 7-coloured stack with two macarons, drizzled with homemade frosting, red velvet spongecake and sprinkles), and the Brownie (choc and walnut brownies on a chocolatechip infused pancake), are just some of the other sinful items lined up.

Currently, The Pancake Parlour are only operating on a delivery and takeout basis due to Covid restrictions, but will be opening a shop in the near future.

I pancake my eyes off the menu (sorry).
