HANY HARB OF ALI BABA TO OPEN A SECOND LEBANESE EATERY

Hany Harb, chef patron and founder of Ali Baba (the highly-acclaimed Lebanese eatery in Gzira), has confirmed that he and his wife Claudienne are opening a second eatery but with a different concept.

BABA will be much more casual, offering speedy yet high-quality Lebanese street food dishes for take-away or delivery.

The menu will include dishes such as shawramas stuffed with beef chuck or corn-fed chicken, a plethora of kebabs such as chicken kabab and aleppo kabab, a selection of gourmet dips, a variety of Lebanese desserts, and freshly-squeezed Lebanese juices.

You can expect BABA to open around mid Jan/Feb 2021 and it will also be located in Gzira (pretty much up the road from Ali Baba).

This is definitely one to watch out for, Hany doesn't mess about when it comes to authentic Lebanese food.
