Just months after Manouche revealed to me that they're opening in two more locations, they've now announced that the launch of a brand new gourmet fried chicken concept. Yes, fried chicken.
Options include chicken pieces sold individually such as a full wing (flat and drum together), drumstick, and of course the thigh. Although it will be golden and crispy on the outside, the meat is first cooked via sous-vide (so you can expect it to be exceptionally tender).
Brie bites, chicken bites, buttery charred sweetcorn, fries and a tub of mango chutney are what is on offer as sides.
Four box deals will also be available such as Le Petit (1 drumstick, 1 thigh, 1 full wing, fries and mango chutney coleslaw) at 6.95, all the way up to Le Grand (8 thighs, 8 drumsticks, 4 fries and 2 sweetcorns).
Fried chicken at Manouche is available as from today to order from their website, Wolt or Bolt (Tues to Sat evenings only)... but something tells me you can expect more real soon, so watch this space.
