Malta may not have any Michelin restaurants (yet), but here's an opportunity to taste cuisine from a reputable starred chef without having to leave the island.
On June 29th, Chef Paolo Barrale will head to the kitchens of Palazzo Parisio joining their executive chef Ciro Salatiello. Expect an exclusive gastronomical experience under the stars.
Lucky guests will enjoy local delicacies with a Michelin twist. The refined menu includes Mediterranean red prawn tartare (with hazelnut chantilly, red apple and hibiscus infusion), amberjack fillet (with mussel and parsley mayonnaise), Carnaroli risotto (with clams, provola and black lime) and herb-crusted loin of lamb. Each course will be paired with a carefully-selected glass of Italian wine. Paolo Barrale, who worked with three-starred Michelin chef Heinz Beck, was awarded his star in 2004 whilst working at Marennà in Sorbo Serpico, Italy. The cost is €100 per person and includes multiple courses by a Michelin chef and wine pairing. Booking can be done by calling 21412461 or sending an email to luna@palazzoparisio.com.So spoil yourself, you deserve it.
