MICHELIN-STARRED CHEF VINCENZO GUARINO TO HOST A FIVE-COURSE DINNER IN NAXXAR
On November 16th, Palazzo Parisio will once again welcome a chef who has obtained a Michelin star over their career for the next edition of Luna Welcomes the Stars. Expect an extremely fine dining five-course tasting menu by Vincenzo Guarino.
Vincenzo Guarino is an Italian chef boasting an amazing culinary CV. Not only has he worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and abroad, he secured a star whilst working as the executive chef at I Salotti in Siena, Tuscany.

He is currently the executive chef of the highly prestigious Mandarin Oriental in Lake Como and he is heading to Malta to show you his cooking skills.
The menu on the night will include some of his signature dishes and is as follows:
- Beef tartare with mountain egg gel, Pecorino foam, mustard and porcini dashi
- Guarino’s award-winning signature dish of cod and chickpeas
- Risotto with yellow tomatoes, Mazzaro prawns, burrata and basil powder
- Peppered beef cheeks, puree of celeriac, crunchy broccoli and oriental pepper powder
- Guarino’s take on ricotta and pears
Tickets cost €120 per person for a Michelin quality five-course meal and wine pairing.
