CHECK OUT THIS NEW INDOOR BOUTIQUE STREET FOOD MARKET IN BIRGU
A trendy new indoor street food market / boutique food hall has just opened in Birgu, and it looks like there's something for everyone.

Vault1 is home to four kiosks serving a plethora of foods under one roof (with indoor and outdoor seating). I really like the interior design which involves untouched stone structure, shipping containers, and industrial fixtures.

Burgers Dock offers over 10 freshly-prepared gourmet burgers using high quality ingredients.
These include the Dock Deluxe (with melted brie, bacon, fried egg and caramelised onions), the Truffle (with sauteed mushrooms, melted truffle and Jack's cheese), the Italian Job (with grilled pancetta, smoked scarmorza cheese, rucola, red onions and burger sauce), and the Devil (with Guacamole, jalapenos, melted Red Leicester cheese).

If a dry-aged beef patty isn't your thing, alternatives are the Farmhouse (buttermilk fried organic chicken, bacon, melted cheese, spinach and onion rings), the Pitmaster (with pulled pork, cheddar, egg and BBQ sauce) or The Portlander (with prime Irish lamb and spiced hummus).
Burgers Dock will also serve jumbo hot dogs and fish n chips!

The pizza outlet dishes out over 20 varieties of stone baked pizzas. Your usual options such as margherita, ai funghi, pepperoni and quattro formaggi are present, with the addition of the Maltese, Pizzotto, Mexican, and many more.

If you're looking for something healthier, Leaf is the way forward. Tuck in to hefty salads such as the Caprese, the Greek, the Thai beef, a smoked salmon salad, the teriyaki noodle salad, and more.
