SEMPLICE: A GARDEN SUPPERCLUB IN A STUNNING MALTESE HOUSE IN COSPICUA
What Irena Canovari and Elena Borg have managed to accomplish is a unique dining experience in the form of a home restaurant situated in a stunning restored Maltese home in Cospicua. It is definitely reminiscent of the supperclubs I used to regularly attend back in London. 
The culinary duo are extreme advocates of exclusively using locally-sourced produce and serving homemade dishes prepared with passion and love. All the ingredients on your plate have either been foraged or bought from independent Maltese farmers resulting in earthy flavours and premium quality.
Your meal is to be enjoyed in a spectacular outdoor garden setting ideal for groups. Expect a three-course Italian inspired menu with 100% Maltese ingredients. The menu changes occasionally depending on what's in season. 
Past dishes have included homemade pasta dishes made from scratch in addition to meat and seafood plates. The quality of the food is present with each bite. They fly the flag for simplicity and the farm to fork concept.
The price for your culinary journey is 48EUR including hearty aperitivo, primo and secando plates. Wine is also included.
