THERE'S A NEW MEXICAN STREET FOOD TRUCK IN MALTA. CALIFORNIA STYLE
Since it's so scarce here, people all over the island have been begging for more Mexican food options... and I hope that the food Gods have answered our prayers.
El Traco is a brand new street food truck serving Californian style Mexican dishes.
They only opened about two weeks ago and are parked 2-3 days a week in Sliema Ferries (opposite Burger King), although they are playing around with other locations.
On the menu, you'll find medium-sized flour tacos (filled with beef chili con carne, pulled pork, crispy prawn or veg tofu), Californian style burritos stuffed with chili con carne or queso cheese, and for sides... fully loaded nachos or grilled corn on the cob or.
