A few month back, not only did I announce that Michelin would include restaurants in Malta to their 2020 Guide for the first time ever, I also predicted which ones I thought would make it.
Please note that this does not mean that they've all been awarded a star (these three have though) , but inclusion in the Guide and recognition that they're top level. Fact of the matter is, Michelin have finally recognised Malta's growing gourmet scene.
Anyway, the results are in, the selection of Maltese eateries are as follows:

2. Terrone, Marsaxlokk (awarded a Bib Gourmand)
3. Rubino (awarded a Bib Gourmand)

6. Rampila, Valletta
7. Guze Bistro, Valletta
