TWO MICHELIN-STARRED LONDON CHEF TO START A LONG RESIDENCY AT ION- THE HARBOUR IN VALLETTA

 
 

I can proudly say that I'm no stranger to The Greenhouse in London. Being from Mayfair, I had some amazing culinary experiences there and I fell out of my chair when I heard this news. 

Alex Dilling, former executive chef of two Michelin-starred restaurant The Greenhouse (now closed) in London's Mayfair, is about to rock Malta's culinary fine dining scene to the max with a 100-day pop up at Ion- The Harbour in Valletta (which just received a Michelin), starting from 17th June 2021 until September 25th.




Dilling is known for his unrivalled expertise in French gastronomy. He was born in London, raised in America and has never stopped impressing even the grumpiest of food critics across the world (myself included). Not only the Greenhouse though, he's also worked his magic at the kitchen of the astounding Helene Darroze at The Connaught (again in Mayfair), and many more.
