On January 19th, a delectable five-course dinner is being held at Capo Crudo to help raise funds for Kurt Spiteri who has been diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkins lymphoma. The funds raised will go towards his last chance of treatment in Germany, which will cost around €70k including flights. So far, almost half has been raised.
Who is Kurt Spiteri? He has been with the Sciacca group for nine years now, over the past five years, Kurt has been the manager of one of the top steakhouses, Sciacca in Valletta.
He has been making a lot of people in Malta's food industry smile with his bright personality and kind soul. He is also a professional dancer and an amazing father.
The five-course dinner will include an amuse bouche, gnocchi, a fish dish, a meat dish and dessert. Wine and water will also be included in the €50 price.
Foodie sponsors and hospitality workers are also giving their time, free of charge, to make this event happen.
