Bahia, the creative modern European restaurant in Lija, are once again impressing with their culinary events, this time round... in the form of a blindfolded dinner featuring an 18-course tasting menu.
On October 9th and 10th, you can expect an 18-course tasting menu with dishes using the finest ingredients, expertly prepared by gastro geniuses.
The menu is being kept hush hush for obvious reasons, but be prepared to have all your other four senses completely heightened. I went to a few dinners like this in London, including the world famous Dans Le Noir, and let me tell you, it certainly is an amazing experience.
The blindfolded dinner is in collaboration with Marsovin wines to celebrate Bahia's third anniversary and Marsovin’s 100th.
The dinner will be paired with nine wines and tickets cost €100 per person inclusive of everything.
