MOLE AND TACOS: CHECK OUT THIS MEXICAN POP UP IN VALLETTA
You have until the end of the month to try the dishes from this Mexican pop up which is a collaboration between Inua Lifestore and Cru Bar in Valletta.
On the menu are Mexican dishes such as mole poblano (an ancient dish with over 14 ingredients including chocolate), hamachi (fish) aguachile ceviche and pulpo en adobo (octopus in a Mexican adobo sauce with avocado and toasted tortillas).
Now for the important part... tacos. Here you'll find shrimp tacos (shrimp tails, black garlic and chili sauce and black beans) and chicken chipotle tacos.
The non-Mexican offering includes dumplings filled with shrimp, veg or duck.
They also have vegan tacos which are loaded with black beans and avocados. If that isn't enough, they'll be happy to create something on the spot!
