ROSSOPOMODORO, THE POPULAR GLOBAL PIZZA FRANCHISE, TO OPEN ITS FIRST RESTAURANT IN MALTA
Rossopomodoro, the exceptionally popular pizza franchise with over 150 restaurants across the world, is opening its very first outlet in Malta mid August.
Rossopomodoro have built a great reputation in the UK, USA, Germany, Denmark, Iceland, Sweden and Brazil (to name a few) by offering traditional food from their birth city of Naples.
The restaurant will be located in St Paul's Bay and will seat around 100 people. The menu includes small plates with 100% DOP buffalo mozzarella (such as smoked sword fish with aubergine, mint, beef tomato and fresh thyme) as well as big hearty salads.
Now for the pièce de résistance... the pizza. There, you'll find their famed Neapolitan pizza with 24 hour proofed dough. There'll be around 20 to choose from such as your classics, seasonal gourmets, white pizzas (without tomato) and calzone.
Prices will range from €7 to around €15. Fluffy raised doughs are guaranteed and ingredients from Southern Italy.
