TARO AT THE VILLA INVITES YOU TO A SEVEN-COURSE BEEF AND TRUFFLE DINNER
Taro at The Villa, one of Malta's beloved fine dining institutions, have partnered with Dical House to host a special one-off dinner (lasting three hours) dedicated to succulent beef and earthy truffles.
The decadent seven-course Beef & Truffle menu (with wine pairing) includes:
- TARO welcome snacks
- Salt baked beef with truffle salad
- Barolo tagliolini with smoked ox, celeriac and parsley
- Whiskey-aged scottona ribeye with polenta, allium confit and Barbaresco truffle
- Truffled gianduja
- Petit fours
The cost to attend is €75 per person and includes seven courses paired with Agricola Gian Piero Marrone wines.
