TRADITIONAL KOREAN STREET FOOD HAS LANDED IN SLIEMA

I love Korean food as much as I love Korean movies… a lot. As far as i'm aware, there are only two Korean joints in Malta, well another one has just blessed Sliema with its presence. Say hello to Kups.

Kups flies the flag for traditional street food dishes you'll typically find in Korea. Although I haven't tried it yet (again discovered it whilst frolicking), the menu seems to be legit and the owners are Korean.

Expect bibimbab, japchae (sweet potato noodles with ground pork), Korean corn dogs, kimbap (Korean sushi rolls), tak-kangjung (fried chicken with a spicy sauce), bulgogi and more.

The prices are decent with most dishes costing around €8.50 - €12.50. Hopefully it's a taste of real Korea on a plate, well in this case in a…’kup’.
