NON NOM PIZZA JUST OPENED IN ST JULIAN'S ALLOWING YOU TO BUILD YOUR OWN YOUR PIZZA

The team behind Nom Nom, the burger joint which allows you to build your own burgers, have just opened shop in St Julian's and the concept is pretty similar.

Nom Nom Pizza allows you to customise every aspect of your pie from the dough to the sauce and more.

Dough options include thin and crispy, calzone or pinsa. Choose from fresh pomodoro, basil pesto or fresh truffle paste for the sauce.

The cheese offering includes mozzarella fior di latte, bufala mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan shavings, straciatella, emmental, fontina or/and pecorino.

If you fancy some charcuterie on your pizza, you can pick from pepperoni, salami spianata, parma ham, bresaola, guanciale and prosciutto.

Meat or seafood toppings come in the form of Maltese sausage, chicken breast, prawns and tuna. There's also a wide selection of fresh and cured vegetables you can include as well as walnuts and pistachio.

Pinsa pizzas will be sold by the weight during lunch hours. Currently, the eatery is open until 6pm but will be open until 11pm soon enough.

The pizza possibilities are endless and you can make each visit a different tasty experience.
