On 7th December, the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra are screening Disney's 2019 remake of The Lion King with the score performed live by an orchestra led by conductor Kevin Abela. We already know that The Lion King has one of the most iconic Disney soundtracks of all time.
I went to a similar symphonic cinema event in London's Royal Albert Hall and I can tell you that the action on the screen, paired with a full on live orchestra... really transforms cinema night into something magnificent.
