I recently wrote a list regarding places to get an authentic carbonara in Malta that use the only four ingredients you need... and this was before the below was just announced.
The Pulled Meat Company are bringing back their highly popular carbonara dish for a limited time only. The carbonara is perfect for purists like myself and features local eggs, locally cured guanciale and pecorino.
