AVOTACO ARE NOW SERVING BEEF, VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN CHIMICHANGAS
Following the success of their pork and chicken chimichangas, Avotaco, the Mexican eatery in Ta' Xbiex, have just launched beef, vegetarian and vegan chimichangas this week.
If you don't already know, a chimichanga is popular Tex-Mex dish aka a deep-fried burrito.
The beef version includes (ground beef, cheese, refried beans, rice, coriander, chipotle mayo and pico di gallo) and the vegetarian one is consists of cheese, rice, slaw, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and coriander cream.
Vegans rejoice because Avotaco's new vegan chimichanga involves vegan cheese, rice, beans, slaw, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and corn.
All Chimichangas are not part of the main menu, but they are a permanent special.
