BABA GANOUSH TO OPEN ITS SECOND MIDDLE EASTERN OUTLET IN BUGIBBA
Baba Ganoush have been dishing out top notch Middle Eastern cuisine since 2012 and now they're pleased to announce a second outlet in Bugibba, set to open next week.
You can expect the same menu as its Hamrun predecessor such as wraps and pitas (stuffed with grilled chicken, lamb shish or chicken shish) and a selection of falafel dishes.
Hot and cold mezze will involve tabouleh, hummus, fatoush, baba ganoush, arayes (Lebanese pita stuffed with mince meat), kibbe nejja (minced raw lamb with bulgur and spices) and more.
The grill menu will include half chicken, chicken shawarma, chicken shish, beef shish, fish al farham (grilled fish with Arabian spice mixes) and a signature rice dish mixed with lamb, chicken, pine nuts, walnuts and spices.
There will be around eight tables should you wish to eat in.
