Following the roaring success of their sold out four-hands dinner last month, Charles Pintonino and ex protégé Malcom Bartolo (Chef Patron of Townhouse No.3) will be joining culinary forces yet again by preparing a carefully-crafted six-course menu.
The menu which is to be enjoyed on 24th December and priced at €75 per head includes:
- Amuse bouche: Gillardeau oyster
- Antipasto: pork croquette
- Starter: garganelli pasta with calamari and prawns
- First main: fresh fish of the day
- Second main: medallion of beef with port wine jus
- Dessert: panettone bread and butter pudding with pomegranate sauce and chestnut ice cream
