YUFU HAVE JUST LAUNCHED A GREEN MENU WITH PLENTY OF VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN CHINESE-INSPIRED DISHES
Yufu, the popular Asian/Chinese-inspired takeaway joint in San Gwann, have just added a brand new Green section to their menu.
Yufu Green includes eight vegan options such as Szechuan aubergines, stir fried broccoli (with garlic, soy sauce and cashew nuts), crispy tofu with sesame bok choy, Szechuan green beans (with ginger, garlic and spring onions), sweet & sour tofu and vegetable Thai red curry, to name a few.
Vegetarian dishes include Chinese veg in oyster sauce, Chinese style kale and chilli bok choy.
