There will be warm, chilled and pre-packed items. Typical Filipino fare will include
hopia (a traditional Filipino pastry),
pan de sal, and
ensaymada.
You can also expect to see a lot of items with
ube (a purple yam which is a staple in the Philippines). Pastries from other parts of Asia and Spanish bread, will also be available to purchase.
This concept will be slightly different to the other outlets inside the market. Customers will be able to walk in to the stall, pick their items from self-service shelves and pay at the cash desk inside the kiosk.
